Mandela Day

This community has been launched to show the world that there is more to entertainment than we reckon. We are going to expose a whole new world that has not been explored.

Today marks 12 years since Mandela Day was officially declared. Nelson Mandela gave 67 years of his life fighting for rights of humanity. We celebrate Mandela Day on the 18th of July every year, honouring his memory by encouraging citizens to spend 67 minutes in service of others.

With the unrest in South Africa, communities have united to stop looting and protect what’s left. Citizens have started cleaning up their communities and donating food prior to the Mandela’s Day 67 minutes. Here’s how it went…
