Public nominations are officially open across 20 dynamic categories, inviting everyone, from fashion professionals to everyday style lovers, to celebrate the voices and visions that inspire them. Categories include:
- Fashion Designer of the Year
- Emerging Talent of the Year
- Menswear & Womenswear Brand of the Year
- Heritage / Cultural Designer of the Year
- Sustainable Practice Fashion Brand of the Year
- Fashion Photographer of the Year
- Fashion Stylist of the Year
- African Fashion Brand of the Year (Based in South Africa)

Whether you’re a designer, creative, stylist, or fashion enthusiast, FIASA’s open nomination system gives everyone a voice in shaping who gets celebrated. Nominations can be submitted via WhatsApp by sending a simple “Hi” to the FIASA line, and putting forward your chosen name or brand. Multiple submissions are welcome, and there are cash prizes up for grabs for correctly submitted nominations.
